Well, I have no Weekly Menu post for you today because...I am on vacation! We traveled to Scottsdale, Arizona to visit family. This is a rare week without a farm run, but I will be back later this week to share my travel tips for eating healthy on the road as well as share with you the restaurants I have found and enjoyed.
